Hebrews 11:
29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.

No new pictures, but these are from during and after our last snow fall.

This one is huge, so I will just link to it. I want to show a bit of the details in this photo LBE took. He chilled the mirror before going outside with it.
Snow Flakes
A bright bird on a white background.
We have had a time photographing these birds because their habit of the last while has been to come when there is barely any light. In the morning and evening. Now and again, they will come in the daylight, but not often.

My beautiful favourite bird…the Cardinal in all his splendour…Diane
Cardinals are amazing to see in the often drab winter.
I love the contrast of cardinals against the snow. We had them when we lived in GA. I’m surprised they are not more a target for predators, though.
I’ve thought about that, but they do not seem any worse than any other bird, at least for the adults. I’ve heard grackles are pretty hard on nesting Cardinals. I won’t share the details, but you would think of all those stories of territorial male Cardinals beating up on their own reflections, they’d beat up on a few grackles.
Beautiful mirror shot!
Thank you. I was impressed the little guy was willing to go out in that kind of weather to take this.
This last snow brought our Tree Sparrows back.
The blizzard seemingly blew them away, I guess it took another storm to get them to turn around. 13 were counted yesterday.
Praise God! Wow that’s great that they’ve returned!
That sounds like some blizzard!
