Non-bird Experiment

A little one found a Monarch caterpillar and brought it in with some Milkweed leaves. I am sure if he found more than one they would have been brought in as well. The weather turned chilly, dropping enough for frost, so we do not know how the others outside fared.

It came into our home Wednesday, 14 September. We can already see it has grown.  We have also learned that the container we keep it in needs a daily cleaning.  Its droppings have a special name-frass.  Don’t get all grossed out. This is science and God made a perfectly good cleaning system for all His creatures!

I will post short updates on the side of this blog to keep you up to date.

Philippians 3:
20For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

21Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
